Salary cap is gonna go up & we gotta restructure some existing guys

We gotta keep Milt and Baun on the def side of the ball
Baun's the only true priority where Howie has to match whatever the number is, especially since Dean might miss all of 2025.

Milt earned a raise and opportunity to start elsewhere, but you develop someone like Ojomo to fill those shoes and keep things rolling. Eating next to Carter should be a plug and play slot.

Two More Weeks till the Birds take over Brazil. Again I'm not worried about the Offense. It's the Defense that has my concern. Saint Nick Retired, 20th Anniversary of the 2004 Super Bowl Team. I'm liking the energy of this year already.

My first post of the season. Was concerned with the D because of how they ended last season. Vic Fangio put an end to that quick, lol. He really did an unbelievable job and turned this Defense into damn juggernaut. Offense did what I expected but yes Saquon completely outdid any expectation I had for him for the season. Overall I had a good feeling about this year espeically with it being the Anniversary of the 05 Super Bowl but it went even crazier than I expected. Especially the 10 game winning streak after starting 2-2 and getting Revenge on the Chiefs. I like this run because so many people doubted the team with how they ended last year. They just kept winning and winning. It was like damn freight train and nobody could stop us. Overall Fangio was just as important as getting Saquon.

do EVERYTHING possible to keep baun, then make a play for myles garrett would be my free agency major wishes. i wouldnt mind keeping 1 of sweat/milton/becton (in order of importance) but all 3 are set to cash out big. bringing back burks at a solid enough number would be dope too. as long as baun is back in this building long term, im happy.

Already know that there will be some player that should be a top ten pick that will drop and the Eagles will snag them at the end of the first or in the second round.

Looking at it from the outside and not an Eagles fans perspective, Howie has been sensational. I know Carter and Davis were high picks, but they were projected to go even higher than they did and Howie pulled the trigger despite concerns about both around draft time. You have to take chances as talent wins out.

Meanwhile, I’ve been blessed to see high first round and second round picks like N’Keal Harry and Ja’Lynn Polk in recent years. :banderas: .

We for sure are gonna let Milt walk unless the cap increases significantly, and that's unfortunate

A 4th year player who had a good year and a great postseason, he's gonna command $15M to $20M a season, if not more

I wasn't worry when we lost Hargrave two seasons ago, but now I'm worried bc we would be thin at DT

We also need another power edge to replace BG

I love how Fangio protected Burks by making Baun strongside LB so he would be on the same side of the field as Kelce

We learned an impt lesson from that SF when Mahomes torched Burks last yr, and Vic essentially made Burks a weakside LB in the SB

A small wrinkle like that played huge dividends
