We gotta resign Baun. Especially with Dean hurt. You can't have a player come in and be the heart of your defense and make amazing plays in every facet of defense (coverage, run stopping, blitzing) and let him go after a year.

I think Sweat gone, Slay gone, Goedert gone. Its that point in their career they are worth more to another team.

Goedert is probably the toughest to replace of those three, but he's also the one whose always injured.

I think Milton gone and Bechton gone. Bechton deserves to get paid, but we got Steen already. I love the Bechton story, but I'd only love him to stay on a team friendly deal out of love for Stoutland, for winning and for the team.

Milton has been amazing. A true unsung hero. But I don't think we can afford him. And still have money for Jalen Carter next year. And Nolan Smith I think we try to keep him too for the leadership and chemistry and if he plays a whole season how he did the last 6 games he's a top 15 DE. So .. Miltons out.

I think we keep everyone else and Lane comes back for a year after a new cycle this offseason. If we stay healthy next year we are Super Bowl favorites and lose a nailbiter in the NFCCG to a 15-2 team like the healthy Lions at absolute worst.

Baun is a priority signing. As long as he doesn't want crazy money, sign that guy first. Our linebacker core was trash a couple years ago. He's been such an upgrade. Bechton hopefully should take a friendly deal to stay. But I'm not mad if he walks. We just have to replenish the O-line in the draft.

I don't like the idea of Goedert walking :francis:
