It's tough, because if you put Jalen out there for even one drive that means you're putting the starting OL as well (not to mention AJ & Smitty otherwise what's the point). It's football so any given snap but imagine Lane or Mailata get their leg rolled up under and suffer a high ankle sprain that knocks them out of the playoffs, were the handful of reps worth it ?

you absolutely have to play jalen...for at least a drive. Also, Eric broke OJ record cause he had 2 extra games anyways. So if we going off yards per game...we giving it to OJ. For Saquon to break it in a pass heavy era is relevant to me
Gaming the system and utilizing next week like a true bye the way the Chiefs did last year seems way too tempting for Lurie & Howie to not want to do it. I don't think they're worried about Jalen not getting any snaps for two weeks before a playoff game, would be different if it were a month+ or something.

Great point with dikkerson having two more games than OJ, I didn't consider that at all.
What does Jalen gain by getting a drive in a meaningless game? Especially with a "shattered" finger and possibly two concussions on the season.
This is absolutely a play it safe situation. Jalen is a veteran, he can get a good two weeks of practice in and come to the playoffs ready to wreck shyt.

GB is a team I'm not interested in seeing again, honestly I don't think anyone wants to. Think about this shyt, they have played 5 games against three teams who may end up with 14+ wins on the season.
All losses but if you think about opening day last season and opening day the season before that, the Lions lost to the Chiefs by 1 and lost to us by 3. It let the football world know they were next. Same shyt I'm seeing with GB but they have a more trust worthy QB, imo.
I agree that we beat either, but I feel Washington can be beat by 10+ without much sweat, shyt I feel Kenny Pickett could beat them - I mean that in the literal sense. GB would be a titanic battle that would produce much more anxiety, I'll take the easier win.
Plus if we lost to Washington, while healthy, the unleashing of flutes that would occur would be legendary.
