Would definitely take him back if Kellen gets a HC gig, his synergy with Hurts and Sirianni is proven.

I think Shane's just another case of a brilliant playcaller who didn't translate to running a team and juggling all the hats beyond his playsheet. For every McVay or Shanny there's 10 guys who try and just can't do it.
