This is a loss that I don't mind. If anything it's gets some heat off of Jalen's back. People can see now that he's critical to the offense's success.
Defense had it's first real letdown in over two months and it was a game where they still forced 5 turnovers. Pickett is limited but did just enough to hold the fort down, Smitty had a crucial drop he won't have again this season.

Never happy with a loss but the one thing to come out of this like you said is Jalen getting some flowers, people take the sustained winning for granted like it's easy. Detroit continuing to win makes the loss a lot easier to digest too, as long as Jalen's out there we're smashing Washington in that potential 2v7 wildcard weekend rematch.

Yes if we gonna lose I’d much rather get it out the way now. Asking a team to basically win 16 games in a row in route to a super bowl is a lot. And that’s all while the media is sucking you off saying you better than the 72 dolphins.

They needed to be humbled. Go win the division next week, take week 18 off and be ready and healthy for the wild card

This explanation:laff:. Breh said we only had one foul.

Been watching this game over 20 years and never seen a player throw a punch in front of the ref and the victim of the punch gets the penalty only.

I'm like fascinated how they got away with this. Ejecting a team's starting safety for simple taunting both times.
