Tariq Nasheed is the one who coined using it, and its to describe a specific behavior in modern day that mimics what was called a negro bedwench back in slavery time. He says what it means a bunch of times on his show and constantly says its not a term for black woman who are dating a white man, but for ones who have a certain mentality. Tommy Sotomayor got using it from Tariq Nasheed, but the word as been around since slavery... now its just floating around getting used out of context.
