He was answering a question from the interviewer that was referencing Puffy and other multimillionaire hip hop moguls as opposed to being a Bay Area rep and not reaching the same success but still making moves.

Honestly though he was cogent throughout the interview, he didn't ramble. fukked up that he got addicted to opiates but that unfortunately is very, very common in the Bay Area rap scene. Lean and roxys done claimed a lot of rap careers out here
