I think theres a grander law to charge these a$$holes under...I just don't think "hate crimes" are worth even highlighting. The concept doesn't make sense to me.

It looks like at least several cacs overpowered dude and put the bike lock around his neck on some real lynching shyt. At one time dude was outnumbered 7-1. That's an impossible fight. This dude did the right thing by reporting these animals and getting the fukk outta there before they decided to end his life. If dude had some friends these cacs wouldn't have done shyt though. I went to San Jose State, and this doesn't surprise me.
Despite being the tech capital, it attracts some backwards ass people.
All three of these guys came from bumfukk little towns.

If u went to sjsu. There's no way that shyt would have happened in the Joe West dorms, The Ville or in the brick dorms where all the black athletes live. Them white boys wouldn't dare try that shyt.

A few of my homies played ball at sjsu and I've been up there several times on campus and in those dorms and that racist/confederate shyt wouldn't fly
