I met the camera guy for this site once, in a pick up basketball game, one on one. I would have no idea he was into that, he was mild mannered, straight laced guy, but he hesitated when I pressed him on what "online businesses meant". He gave me his number and was like you can be an extra, which I hadn't expressed any interest in. Then he said nah you don't want to do that, these videos are all over every porn streaming site. I actually asked what happened when the girls said no, before the scene, he said we let them leave, but we lose money, which said a lot.
I don't know about the ethics of viewing the scenes, there is some collateral moral damage in almost all porn, any industry like that. because almost all regret it later. But, as far as ethics, this is clearly a violation, it isn't about the sex, it is about breach of a contract or intentional misleading, for the reason that many would have turned it down, assumedly, if they knew it would be all over the internet. For people who wondered why girls would do these scenes for a few thousand, this is why. Low risk, medium reward. Imagine a similar scenario involving men, males here would be outraged, if that video was made public, jobs, relationships, familial fallout.
I am hoping they are financially ruined by this, but I suspect they will be able to weasel their way into a similar hustle.
