I enjoyed this episode. My man Jack was unwavering in letting saving her even though she tried to kill him multiple times. I was cracking up when he was killing all those creatures and she kept headbutting him and made that nikka snap for a second "CAN'T YOU SEE THAT I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU?! :damn:" *Headbutts him again* "AHHHHHHHHHHHH :damn:" :bryan:
Honestly I loved this episode :russ::russ:Their interactions were GOLD:pachaha:Seeing Jack rediscover a bit of his sanity being able to speak to someone and Ashi rediscovering a bit of her humanity was:wow:

This episode reminded me so much of the OG show from the visuals and overall tone outside of the beginning with the crows. It was a nice breather of a episode a lot of laughs with Ashi and Jacks interactions.

Man, I just caught up and this show is going to be taught at art/animation/storytelling classes. It's incredible to the animators do so much with a minimalist color palette and the mix of hard angles and curves, and the overall story of Jack trying to maintain his sense of self despite living in a tougher more cynical world in the wake of Aku's dectruction/dominance is a sight to behold. I wasn't a kid when Samurai Jack came out but it has captivated all the same. Only Batman:TAS has really shown this level of brilliance.
