it was good but c'mon...the first 3 outshines the 4th by miles. I'm not even gonna mention the last one... :snoop:

look, I'm just sayin. how are cats gonna front like die hard 4 wasn't dope. I fukks with the first 4. that last one was obvious :trash:, but all the rest were dope. my least fav outta the first 4 die hards was die hard 2.

No diss breh but I can tell you why I don' think the fourth one is dope at all:

It made McClane into a superhero as opposed to just a regular cop, first and foremost. He's always been able to do ridiculous shyt, like plunging off the tower, but you always saw the effect of it and saw it take a toll on him. In the fourth movie, it just seemed like he was indestructible and brushed bruises off like nothing.

The action was OK, not great and him teaming up with Justin Long didn't make for a good team to me. They kept trying to hammer home the fact that he's an analog player in a digital world but they kept going overboard trying to make the point, plus it's a point they'd been making since the first die hard...at this point, we get it, McClane doesn't work well with technology and he's more of a cowboy than a technician, we get it already.

Timothy Olyphant, while I love him in mostly everything he does, was just meh as a villain. Every damn Die Hard villain, minus the one in 2 and the one in 3, have been doing their best damn Hans Gruber impersonation and the shyt is tired at this point. Let Hans cook and do your own shyt

And lastly, that PG 13 rating. I know there's an unrated version out there but I'm counting what they put out in theaters and a PG 13 Die Hard movie doesn't cut it for me man.

ok, I'll give u that that timothy olyphant was kinda corny as a villain. but I enjoyed kevin smith and justin long. I dont think they made him a superhero. he was getting his ass wooped throughout the entire movie for the most part.

as far as villains, I thought hans gruber was the goat of the die hard series, but jeremy irons definitely held it down in die hard 3. JJ evans sr. from part two was just ehhhhh tho.

as for the PG-13 rating. I totally agree with you. that was some cornball shyt. It definitely would be better rated R, but even an R rating can't save as die hard 5 proved.

Yeah he was getting his ass whooped but shyt didn't phase him. He may as well been on some :manny: anytime he got hit or took a bump. As opposed to the first three where you can see that man in pain, bloodied up, barely able to walk, etc. And I wasn't talking about JJ Evans Sr lol I'm talking about the white guy who was doing squats in the beginning. He was the main bad guy for part 2, James was the underboss nikka. But even with that said, him, the main guy from 2, and Simon from 3 were all trying to do something different with their roles. Olyphant and whoever the hell from the last one all did Hans Gruber lite[DOUBLEPOST=1397614991][/DOUBLEPOST]
Let it go

Next nikkas will be making Tango & Cash pt 2
:rip:

Dead ass...I been trying to see that for YEARS and I even thought of a story for a sequel if someone ever gave me the chance to do it:lupe:

yo, I'm not gonna lie. part 5 was soooo bad, I couldn't even make it to the end to even determine who the boss was. I mean it was unbelievably bad. which is disturbing given this franchise's track record.
