Samsung’s first 8K TV goes on sale next month

I feel sorry for the people that buy this thing. By the time 8K becomes viable if it does this thing will be like a dinosaur in comparison to what the market will have. It'll be kind of like the people that bought the first 4K TVs that now can't even show proper 4K content because they don't have HDMI 2.1 HDCP 2.2 ports on them and aren't compatible with 4K streaming codecs.

Doesn't a 4K TV have to be a minimum of 50" or so for the viewer to be able to actually see the full 4k quality at a normal viewing distance?:jbhmm:
We gonna need a 100" TV now to see this. :damn:

I'll cop just cuz I like new shyt.
There's not a lot of 8K content on YouTube because you need a camera (RED for example) that can shoot 8K. Not too man can afford or have any use for that type of shyt. The RED Epic Dragon I'm getting soon only does 6K.
