Do you really think they're going to let you trade your phone in for a S8? :mjlol:
Either straight up or at a massive discount. I'm not eating a downgrade for something that's not my fault at all. If Sprint fronts on me, I'm threatening to leave and take some other company's "if you come from another carrier" deal. Plus I burned my upgrade on it.

Samsung has determined that the S7 and S7 Edge with $100 credit were what the exchange was for on a Note7. You should have returned that phone and got your money back because you'll likely drag this out so long they'll only offer you a swap to the S7 or Edge and won't give a refund at all. Had you took the phone back they would restore your upgrade.

That's what I asked for, and they wouldn't outright committ to it, so fukk them, I kept the phone. I could try again, but talking to them is a pain in the ass.

Still going strong with my GOAT 7

software upgrades :mjlol:
Same here...:win:

If it lasted this long you good breh...

Samsung investigation concluded manufacturing issues with the batteries was the cause of the fires...I always believed the issue was manufacturing related...common sense tells you a fatal design flaw would of yielded a much higher failure rate than 0.2% and both of our phones would of been cooked by now. The odd thing about it is they got hit twice by two different battery manufacturers...

That said I do feel design is also at fault here and Samsung doesn't want to admit it...They crammed a lot into the packaging so its feasible batteries may have been damaged in that phase of production...

Bottomline this phone is not and never was a ticking time bomb like these itard clowns on here like to keep yelling...Normal lithium ion batteries don't over expand like that straight out of the box...Clearly there were manufacturing issues and that's the price you pay when a product is rushed to the market...Hopefully Samsung learned their lesson from this...

I finally said fukk it & turned my shyt in last week :wow:

I had all the updates & shyt blocked, but Verizon finally dropped the hammer talkin' bout I had 5 days to turn it in or they charging me the full $900 :gucci:

If I still had the option of doing the payment plan on it, I would've kept it anyway, but fukk paying $900 all at once. My paper ain't long like that :hubie:
So it's back to the S7 Edge for now, at least until the S8 comes out.:manny:
