Nah that would ruin the league.
If you could review a play and add a penalty then the game would be nothing but penalties. O Lineman hold on every snap. DBs hold on every play.

Especially with the Niners getting hit hard with injuries, why not. NFC is wide open, in large part due to massive injuries. Vikings may have lost their LT, Lions lost their best player, Niners lost their best player. Wide open. So who gonna take it?

I've always felt personal fouls should be reviewable. Those calls are too costly rather they are called or notTime for another Rule Change

american sports wait until after theres an uproar to try and fix something after the fact rather than anticipating a potential problem to make sure it doesnt happen. obviously soccer isnt perfect with their var system but at least there is a means to try and correct a bad call and penalize a team. same thing with the nba, their system is clunky as hell and they've put in dumb limitations that sometimes prevent the right call from being made but they are both eons ahead of the nfl in trying to make sure stupid shyt like the ending of that game doesnt happen.
its a farce to end a game like that in 2024.
