My sister has torn an acl 3 mf times. Never from any contact. Basketball twice just fell wrong and once from doing dance. ( classical shyt no stripper). They go have to take shyt from his hamstring or something. Rehab is long and painful and you'll never be the same especially after tearing it twice

That's exactly how acl tears occur, they're usually non contact. If your knee twist a certain way then that's it.
