If voting for Obama, twice, didn't help deter police from killing unarmed Black men, why would anyone think voting for HRC would have any appreciable affect? Does anyone really believe police brutality would be any worse had McCain or Romney won either of those elections?

But how are you going to make a change if you don't have legislation passed to help protect blacks from unarmed shootings? You get legislation passed by voting in representatives who you think will help your cause the most. The rules aren't just going to change because you are protesting. You need both to happen.
