To all the teams "interlocking arms/hands" ya'll watering the message down.

This isn't about a TEAM BUILDING exercise, this is to bring awareness to what Colin has stood for since the beginning, Mistreatment of people of color and police brutality.

When they go out holding hands, or interlocking arms or doing whatever TEAM building exercise, they muddle the message even further and divert the point from "why is he/they doing this?" to "aww, look at them all kneeling/holding hands/etc TOGETHER" smh Thus it goes back to white folks essentially telling us when/how to protest.

Thats why I didn't like the whole sit down and talk with Nate Boyer. Colin seemed like he heard Nate out for all intents and purposes, but Nate was the closed minded one. Asked Colin to kneel (it's on any of his interviews and press about the meeting) instead of sit, because as he said (I'm paraphrasing) soldiers kneel together at the grave of dead soldiers...again, making it about the damn military. Why didn't anybody KNEEL down and help Crutcher after he was shot? Colin agreed, to please Boyer and his critics some, I'm sure. But Boyer is tainting Colin's message.

I swear people act so obtuse and dim about the reasons, only want to deflect back to the pledge/anthem, make it a "military" issue when that's honestly the last thing this is about. Purposely misconstrue the message so to dilute it. So to push it back out of our minds. Make it some "those thugs" vs. The military. :snoop: This ish really pisses me off. They literally came out and told you the DOD used sports to push military mumbo jumbo...This is sickening... Paying millions of dollars for "patriotism" having cacs stand on Kaepernick jerseys burning them but staying quiet as they told you the military paid for "patriotism" or look the other way when incidents like the Crutcher murder happen. Oh, but as long as they're standing for the pledge and "doing their protest in "another" way" it's all good :martin:

Well said and I have felt the same way about this whole situation.

Dude been saying it's more about Kap fully recovering from his surgery and getting his strength back. Reading his tweets make u think that chip thirsty to play Kap.

Strength back?

nikka... grabbert doesn't look any bigger or stronger than Kaep... those sound like weird excuses

No coach says shyt like that about healthy active players on the 53 man roster

You would think Kape was a practice player or something

Gabbert is bigger. Kaep is 15 lbs lighter, you can see it. He's a vegan now. So I get that he may not be ready. If Gabbert continues to suck and we don't see Kaep then we know something's up.
