Its much easier to control NFL players with money.
:yeshrug:

Also, NBA players have more leverage than NFL players.

  • In the NFL, you're always one injury away from your career being over and you sign non or partially guaranteed contracts and get paid less than your NBA counterparts. Furthermore, you have even less time to earn money in the NFL. By 31/32, "its over." You're gonna try to hold on to that check by any means necessary - even if it means occasionally dropping a few "All lives matter" verses or saying things like, "Republicans buy sneakers too" :mjpls:
  • You're much more replaceable in the NFL than the NBA unless you're a QB. If you lose a top tier Free Safety, within a year or two you can have a solid replacement either via draft or free agency and in the meantime you just adjust your coverage scheme. Receiver? Cornerback? There are always serviceable ones available in free agency. Linebacker? Look at how fast that Eagles linebacker backed down after his agent told him to not even think about protesting with Colin. He knows that they're trimming that roster down to 53 men from 75. Who's gonna walk up to Lebron and tell him, :beli: "Lebron you better sit down and shut your mouth if you want to keep your money and a spot on this roster?" You can't even walk up to a guy like Derozan and tell him the same thing either. :skip: There won't be guys to replace them for YEARS. If you dare to mistreat/punish one of these players for speaking out, then players will talk to each other and NO ONE is coming to your team during free agency. You see how Lebron had both Miami and Cleveland by the balls? You see how Lebron and Kobe easily could get their coaches replaced and have guys traded and signed at their request? You see how teams are desperate to sign over their life savings to guys like Chandler Parsons? What player in the NFL is gonna get away with this? The owners would LAUGH at Odell Beckham Jr and Co. if they even thought about pulling any of this, and then Roger Goodell would fine them. You'll never see a "The Decision" moment in the NFL.
  • Finally, the NFL wrote the blueprint for athlete c00nery. OJ Simpson is was the Model c00n Athlete. If anyone knows how to navigate incidents like these, it should be the NFL.

Yuuuuuuup to all of it and a double Yuuuuuuup on OJ.

What is funny about the whole black athlete not speaking on social issues OJ was the originator yet folks in the media want to constantly ignore this.

they gon change my boy warren moon to warren c00n.

fukk it im glad jim brown holding his ground. cause all the young people seeing is all the old guys c00n and they should know better.

I still remember warren talkin smack how he wasn't gonna be forced to play wr....now he saying this.:snoop:

Yeah Jim gonna stand his ground like Kareem. But that is also the reason why he never had more than a adviser gig with the browns.

Kats like that ain't gonna compromise. Moon my boy but I knew if they called him he was gonna tow the company line cause he works for the Seahawks.

Anyone with eyes can tell that the league has closed ranks. That is also why everyone is basically saying the same thing. The dudes who are speaking out the most like Kluwe are out the league and have been basically black balled.

Remember Kluwe said he was black balled out the league for speaking out on same sex marriage.

fukking Brees. :snoop:

Might be the last year of this dude. He's the GOAT Saint but he's always seems forced and contrived.

5-11 season and he's :camby:

:snoop: I suspected the heel turn was coming. I was hoping his conservative streak would rear it's head be after he retired.

Between him always hanging out with the military and the CTE inducing hits that Strief has allowed throughout the years it was only a matter of time. At least Painkiller P was smart enough not to say anything about this.

I hope Jimmy Johns goes bankrupt :pacspit:.

Only a matter of time until they bring out Barkley :mjlol:

These white folks a joke man. They pulling out John Carlos, Tommie Smith, Jim Brown, Warren Moon and Todd Boyd.

These networks pulling black folks out that they don't even talk to but once every 4 years, or once every 10 years, or like moon once every 2 or 3 years when a black QB got the chance to be a 1st overall pick.

The shyt is a fukking joke man. Who they gonna interview next ray ray and them down the street? Jarmarcus Russell? Vince Evans? Bow wow?

fukk that shyt interview some owners I want to know what them hoes have to say.

If you gonna impress me interview Mahmoud Abdul Rauf I bet that brotha not gonna bite his tongue.

I will say this though......Spike went off on the Anderson Cooper show. That joker was calling out all types of folks including NY giant players.

I'm so disappointed in NFL black athletes. :francis:

Only a small handful of NFL players are showing support in Kaepernick. They're really gonna sit back and just let him get symbolically lynched by the media, and even join in it alongside these racist. :stopitslime:

Even former nfl players / hall of famers are shytting on him. :dwillhuh:

No wonder the NFLPA is such a joke. they're spineless cowards that are too bytchmade to stand up to the owners.

Enjoy your non-guaranteed contracts, holdouts, CTE, bogus fines, and everything else you fukking clowns. :pacspit:
