Problem aint really the event. it was the way they hyped it up. Would have actually been better if they didnt have any youtubers streaming and just leaked the news as transcripts of what was taking place and revealed in the meeting.

I hope the team learns from this. Less party and more formal updates. Don't try to be cool and have "celebrities" around (i know they're trying to legitimize the project). Just be about making this as big as it can be. Translation = money.
