The thing is it is using the utility of ETH. Meme coins are the quickest way to make a currency relevant and then you can build from there. That is the utility. Also it depends on the meme. Dogecoin is supported by celebrities and has mainstream appeal. Saitama has a good concept and is built on ETH which does all the utility
