All the damn talk about making it the crypto capital and next tech hub tryna move all the companies from sillicon valley got the prices going up like crazy. There has been a lot of growth and new construction lately but all the new buildings seem to be high end luxury ones like I think waldorf astoria. They building a hotel/residences building thats supposed to be the biggest building south of manhattan or something like that. As well as a few other big buildings. Hopefully they follow proper safety procedures cuz there was already an incident in miami beach or basically surfside. this foundation ain't that strong with it being so close to sea level and flooding happening often in lots of areas when it rains a lot. but they have been expanding and creating more buildings not just in miami but all over the area. I don't know much about LA market but I know y'all widely spread out from what I see on google maps. of course thats not a live analysis. I don't think there's much buildings out there except for the downtown area. guessing cuz of the earthquake factor its better that way. Its mostly single family homes out there right? And thats not just LA but orange and the other surrounding counties. Plus everything looks crowded enough as is so don't know if you guys have much space for new construction. there is more land out there and better scenery with beaches and mountains so I'd definitely consider getting a mansion out there, but then again taxes over there are high and there's state taxes too. so maybe just visiting would be best. but thats if Saitama makes me super rich and I would get a spot in all 4 major states.

how would I go about converting my Saitama holdings to ETH using coinbase wallet-Uni swap?
I tried to do it with a small amount just to see the process and it wouldn’t go through. I’d click on “confirm swap” then quickly get “waiting for confirmation” then it’d go back to the “confirm swap” stage. upper slippage to 5%, still the same thing.
