it takes nothing more than a minute to check a chart.. day traders and stock brokers sit at a computer all day 
Crypto different from stocks cuz it's 24/7 and more volatile so anything can happen at anytime. There are coins that can go up like crazy at some point and if you not aware, you'll miss the opportunity to take profit. Buying and forgetting about it works for stuff like btc and eth tho but not every crypto is like that. On this coin people like discussing it cuz it gets people interested and keeps people updated on what's going on in the coin and the crypto world.
What is being taught in this thread though? Or is it just speculation, which is cool, but that’s what I was saying. That don’t do me no good personally. Like the AMC thread. No knowledge was being dropped. It was full of people arguing and people posting what other people posted from Reddit. And that thread was weird as hell. I have some of this coin. And I actually asked a question or two in this thread when I bought some, my main question which was never answered lol. I found the answer from someone I know in real life. And also:

Naw I came into the thread late, so I probably didn’t catch a lot of the gems. I’m here to learn myself. I think I just have a different overall philosophy when investing. I don’t “watch” my investments like some I guess. I pay attention and check on them, but besides that I buy the shyt and fall back. I can control my investment, not the market

This thread not so much but the btc thread teaches more cuz a bunch of different stuff and investments are discussed. I messed with that thread but not as heavy as I did starting around March or April of last year when covid was first starting to get people worried and the market crashed. Would've missed out on lots of money making opportunities, some of which I still am holding today. There are lots of money making opportunities out there and more to come in the future. Reading other threads and getting a laugh at the fukkery is good from time to time but it won't do shyt for me like a thread that's teaching me to make money will.

Yeah that’s basically what I’m trying to learn. I’m good on stocks, but Shiba was actually my first crypto purchase. I downloaded Coinbase and got some a few weeks ago after my homeboy showed me he had 1k worth and told me to get some. So I have to learn all the basics off this shyt. Like I’m still trying to educate myself on cold wallets and how to actually use crypto and get a core understanding of how the world works in general.
But for investing purposes, I just want to know how to look for, and what other coins may have potential like this one. I learned what a meme coin was and was like ok, so they have no intrinsic value, and you just trying to ride the wave and get out at the right time. Then it seems like Bitcoin and etherium and the ones being used in some tangible way are better for long term investments. So know I’m just focused on trying to find coins with potential like Shiba and figured I would just start throwing a few hundred into each and maybe one or a few take off

A lot of the game in here and the other threads keeps being repeated and some folks miss out. Having a wiki function would allow us to put that info in a single page without having to repeat stuff or link folks elsewhere. But that’s too ambitious for this site that’s barely functioning on the serverswiki for what?

You seem like the sassy one. First thing you do in the morning is spew negativity. Just because you don't get value out of something doesn't mean other people don't. The world doesn't spin around you.
