usdt from coinbase to gate.io then buy saitama. There's a little network fee though
what is usdt? thought i had to buy some ethereum to send to gate.io

that process isnt needed when a coin is on an exchange. The XLM to Bitmart method is no gas fees
Lowest total fees though is buy BTC on cash app, send the BTC to Bitmart and convert to USDT

USDT is the US dollar token. It along with other coins like EOS or XLM allow you to transfer to exchanges for pennies. Definitely don’t buy ETH when you purchase from an exchange. You’ll get hit with a purchase fee plus a substantial transfer fee too.
