This. To this day my old man who saw her back in 85 says she’s the baddest bytch he’s ever seen with his own two and he’s seen a LOT.......matter of fact, every stewardess on my flight looked like prime Sade. She not the greatest vocalist but her music can catch you in a mood where it’s super relatable. “in Anothrr Time” from her last joint will always be special to me since it was the joint i was bumpin when my BM yelled out to me that my child was on her way.

if you are into lyrics, songwriting it doesn’t get much better than her. you can build a powerful soundtrack for all matters of the heart just from her catalog

I had the biggest crush on Amel Larrieux and I was copping anything she was on! I found out it was Sade's band after hearing that song so it was an instant cop! Also fell in love with this song here when I first heard it.
