Had small crack on the front and big crack on the back
Replace the back easily but fukked up the front glass when I tried the same approach
Ordered on eBay LCD screen new battery since i destroyed the battery taking it apart got new loud speaker new headphone jack
And put all of it back together plus the back cover all probably took 250

You be better off sending it to eBay for fix(100$) the glue on Samsung is bytch you more or less will destroy the phone trying take it apart

OP i say sell it. Buy a brick, flip that , buy another, flip that, and then buy a house. We don't need phones my nikka.

If you can see your screen w/the exception of the cracks, just replace the glass. Costs about $15 plus the cost of a heat gun (a blow dryer won't do the trick). But if it's the digitizer, I agree with getting it fixed or getting another phone. The time and labor it takes to do that kind of repair isn't worth the risk.
