A "murder" charge is hard to prove. The DA is going to have to push for something lesser.
If a murder charge is so hard to prove...why are there so many black men (and white) in prison for murder?

Unfortunately, I don't believe the cop will get convicted with anything. They will focus on why the man ran in the first place. It is a setup for them to say "black people should do everything mister policeman says." Hopefully, I'm wrong.
First you make a thread saying that it's impossible for black people to create business because you don't have the intellect to build one & now your looking for ways to justify the murder . Truly a plague to the black community and a waste of space .
