Hate to say this, but in the FIRST few seconds, you can see the taser being pulled off the cops belt. It might be from the scuffle, but its hard to know if the guy was really reaching for it.

Doesn't matter. Now had he shot him while he was reaching for the taser that would be one thing. But the struggle is over and dude is running away. No way to justify shooting him in the back from 30 feet away.

I've got a cousin who is a cop too. Drinks and drives, is a passenger while his wife drives and he drinks, the whole deal. The worst part is, is how they always act so righteous simply because hes a cop. I would like to think he isn't bad, but I can't really say he isn't.

You can also see the wires from the tazer trail after him after he started running. So it had been deployed and was inoperable, so I agree there is no excuse for this whatsoever.


*edit. It clearly says that in the radio transmission the cop said the tazer was deployed. to those of you on that kick lets not go down that road. The tazer was basicly a lump of plastic at this point.
