Now that I actually read it, he makes a lot of good truthful points. It's just that it's pretty funny coming from him, being that he was looks and nothing else, though underrated during the bully gimmick. It's similar to a very good coach that knows exactly what he's talking about, but was a shytty player in his day

I agree with him, Bret etc that selling is less common than it used to be. But one of the reasons for it is that it takes more action than ever before to captivate a crowd. This connected 24/7 wi-fi era we're living in has reduced people's attention spans, so the wrestlers have to sell less and show off more if they want to keep the crowd's eyes off of their phones.

As far as indies 'ruining' wrestling, lol. The indies are doing a better job of developing well-rounded wrestlers than the PC is.

I've been to several indie shows and most of that stuff doesn't apply. I've only seen it on smark centered promotions like PWG, ROH, etc.

Exactly, I've never understood why dudes try to lump every single indie promotion together just because a few are similar.
