:jawalrus:

For all of you tsc brehs who follow Vince's bigger=stronger idealogy, peep this.

Frank Yang

Dude is 5'8'' 156lbs and his clean #s are the same as Ryback's according to the stats that Micheal Cole is always saying. (which might be :duck: anyway)

Size =/= Strength

The force is strong with him, it is.

His training is nearly complete.

the set up for shell shocked is difficult... way harder than the way Cena & Brock set up their finishers.

how is it possible that someone that roided up is weak as hell? ornament muscles :russ:..dude is no type of athlete man..just a big ass stiff
Roids just make you big, not strong, if you forget to work out properly.

At my gym, since the membership fee has gone down with about 50%, a lot more roidheads has showed up. Problem with these guys is that although they juice, they do it at the wrong time. You should push your body to the limit untill you can go no further, and THEN think about doing steroids.
These little shytheads come in, do a benchpress of about 100lbs for 3 weeks and then say "fukk it, I'm not getting bigger", so they start juicing. 4-8 weeks later, they're twice as big and now able to bench press 120lbs... Congratulations, you look like tarzan, but lift like Jane.
At that moment, I usually ask them "hey buddy, can you spot me?", than throw about 220-250lbs on the bar and press it 6-8 times, while whistling at the first 4 repetitions...never have been on the juice, probably never will. All protein, creatine and dedication.

Had he not went to the E he would have been the GOAT powerlifter, he went where the money is though so I ain't even mad. :obama:
Just had a look at wikipedia, without posting his records I think this says enough,

Holding these all-time records in the lifting sports makes Mark Henry argueably one of the Strongest Men in history. Having achieved this at the very young age of 24 while being lifetime drug-free[28][29] makes it even more impressive. Many experts in the field, including Bill Kazmaier, Jan & Terry Todd, Dr. Robert M. Goldman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Muscle & Fitness magazine and Flex magazine, consider him to be "one of the Strongest Men that ever lived" or even "the most naturally gifted strongman in history".

When asked in September 2003, who the strongest man in the world is today [2003], Bill Kazmaier, considered by many to be the greatest strongman of all time, stated: "It would have to be Mark Henry.[...] I think he's one of the strongest men in the history of the world, without a doubt."
:wow:
