Ehh. Michael B. Jordan still killed it in FF. Come to think of it, the acting was fine except for the father whatever his name was, the movie was just dumb as hell.

Also, Jordan outshone Teller and Efron in 'That Awkward Moment' so he's gonna have some cache for a bit (imho).

In the back of my head I was thinking he should've passed on F4. I know that's not easy to do when you're trying to get a foundation in the business but I'm positive he would've passed on it if he had a couple of box office hits previously under his belt

Props to him. Dude could have danced around the question on some, "yeah his career may take a hit because you know well, blah blah blah."

The truth can be a very major thing to say as a public figure. Tmz, yahoo, etc. commenters read that and may not want to watch anymore because they'll feel the shame and that's a deep feeling. Then instead of acknowledging it, they get very defensive and lash out. Those comments can make fans as well as lose fans. I know I just became more of a fan though.

But I do think Michael B. Jordan will be fine.

yeah like that dumb cac actress that chastised viola Davis for making her acceptance speech about just black women when she feels all women face the same hurdles. Yeah all woman face the same struggles that's why in the biggest genre going we can have white female superheroes but any one that's suppose to be black looks mulatto :martin:

Reynolds is correct

I hope Creed does not flop

Will Smith turned down The Matrix for Wild Wild West. People make mistakes; its how you recover from them

Turning down the Matrix was not a mistake, I really do't see him as Neo, agreeing to Wild Wild West was the mistake :mjlol:

because the 2 things are mutually exclusive? There is a great possibility creed will be a good film, that's still no guarantee it doesn't flop

That decision by Will baffles me to this day.

I'm assuming Will wanted to collab with the WWW director, considering they worked together for men in black. I don't know why else he would pass up The Matrix.

He said he didn't understand it. So I'm not mad at him for turning it down if he didn't get it. Sean Connery turned down a role in the lord of the rings because (Sauron I think) because he didn't get it. If you can't wrap your head around what you're doing as an actor, then you shouldn't do it. With Will though, it just looks worse because of the movie he did instead of the matrix
