How in the hell is he a bust? He lead us to the playoffs 3 straight years(note LED us, not got carried to like Russell), it ain't his fault that Grigson has drafted busts at damn near every other spot. We have zero players left from the 2013 draft. Zero. That was 3 years ago.

I agree with a lot, but Russ ain't getting carried. He puts in the work to put them over the top. That drafting though . It resembles how the Ravens have been looking bad with either nothing left or next to nothing left from the 2008 (Flacco), 2009 (Webb), 2010 (pitta), 2011 (jimmy smith), and 2012 (nobody) drafts. We have 4 players left on the team from those 5 drafts . That shyt will hamstring a team so badly. Whiff on that many picks and no single player will fix the mess. Looking at that, grigson needs to be gone yesterday.

Second, bringing up the game where Luck beat that championship defense has everything to do with "Luck spanked that championship defense in 2013." Learn to read.
