Hol up if he's not great than who TF is? :mindblown:
Yall nikkas are delusionally stupid :heh:
You’re delusionally stupid if you consider Russ an all time elite tier QB. He’s a tier below.

Who’s great? Uh from this era Peyton, Brees, Brady and Rogers, duh.

Russ ain’t even better than Big Ben. He’s in that tier with Ben, Stafford, Ryan, Rivers, etc.

I agree. But he most definitely didn't ball out the beginning of his career...which is what all time greats do, which is why Russ isn't one.
Yeah, he was a young QB. But he did make passes to win them games, when called upon. It wasn’t like he was out there pulling Mark Sanchez stunts.

Russ and Big Ben is a great argument I could argue either way.

Theyre both in the top 15-20 range

What the fukk do you mean :dead:

Where are you guys coming up with this delusional Russell Wilson overrating from? He was not better than Big Ben and never belonged in the same conversation with Brees, Manning, and Brady.

You act like I compared him to trash. I basically listed some of the best QBs of this era that aren’t elite like Russ.

He wanted to change it Marshawn told him to run the play.
That was all on Pete.
And one play doesn't define a career. :heh:

yeah...it does.
as it destroyed an entire team dynamic and illustrated.
russell ultimately was only in for this for personal over team glory.
when as a black qb.
after mcnabb in the superbowl was selfish and it hurt the look of the black qb in decision making moments of the superbowl.
at the time in the grand stage of what was occurring then and till now.
the main job of the quarterback to lead and make the right choice on field.
as it relates to the team to succeed.
instead..he chose the self gratifying play. instead of the right choice on field that relates to the success of the team.

baby hair polar bear hands... set back the public domestic appearance of the black qb that day.

to the point...
publically...they can point to that one moment in time.
to play us publically as black men as failures.
who are only out for self at the detriment of an entire organization.

when all dude had to do was make the simple handoff play to beast mode.

instead..wilson choose himself.

not ever giving dude credit there.
as he set us back as black men publically.
back in a domestic corrosive rascist narrative style land.
while also willfully destroying an entire team dynamic of fifty two dudes.
plus how those fifty two dudes looked at their coach.
when russell wilson had the ability and power.
plus the iq to make the right fukk'n call and give the ball to beast mode.

the shyt will not ever be excused.
as it should not have ever fukk'n happened.

i ain't even no damn seahawks fan and i am still in shock any qb did that ever.
let alone russell wilson....whom was the black qb.
who was marketed and before then always illustrated to know better.
no pass will be given.

i will not allow it.

Props for naming them. The bolder are the only ones I have a gripe with. Elway was Donovan McNabb until Terrell Davis arrived. Brees is low key one of the worst all time great playoff QBs and piled records in a dome. And Bradshaw numbers weren’t that good even against his contemporaries.
Brees is inarguably better than Wilson.

No team was more dependent on their QB than the Saints were on Brees during his run there. They never had a top defense until he was older and his arm :flabbynsick: He used to take teams that ranked in the bottom 20 something in defense to the playoffs often. Even when they won in 2009 their defense was 25th (20th in scoring). They just created a lot of turnovers.

During all those Saints playoff losses you cited (8), the other team than scored an average of 31.

Russell Wilson won as a game manager on an all time great defense in their prime. He’s gotten better and progressed into a top tier QB since, but his playoff record since the SB loss to the Pats then is 3-5 and never made it to another conference championship yet.

Stat-wise it isn’t a contest. And if Drew Brees had the legion of boom and Marshawn Lynch they’d probably be a dynasty.

(in no order of importance)
Brady, Brees, Manning, Mahomes, Rodgers, Montana, Marino, Aikman, Favre, Elway, Young, Warner (maybe a tie)

And I know I'm missing alot of old motherfukkers I didn't come up watching. Wilson is a good QB but, he's not an all-time elite QB imo.

Brees
Rodgers

Montana
Manning
Aikman

Baugh

Bradshaw

It's more easier than you think. He will move up on the list once his career is all said and done, but as of right now he's not in the top 15. Top 20, yes. Top 15 no.

Wilson is better than Aikman, Staubach and Bradshaw. Its kind of hard to compare him to Baugh, Unitas and Graham considering the era they played in.

Wilson is statistically one of the most impressive QB's ever and one of the best and most consistent of his generation. If he was white, he'll have been slurped more by the media and given a better O-line to succeed

These are just some of the facts below , not opinion:

(1) 2nd all time in NFL history in passing rating.
(2) His 1 TD pass every 16.5 attempts is 2nd all time to Len Dawson in NFL history.
(3) His TD-INT ratio is 2nd all time in NFL history.
(4) His 1.8% INT ratio is tied for 3rd all time (and the guys other than Brady and Rodgers have played less than 5 years with far less attempts).
(5) His 6.1%TD ratio is Top 5 all time.
(6) His 7.9 yards per pass is Top 5 all time and the best among active QBs.
(7) His 5.6 yards per carry is better than the career averages of Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith and Jim Brown.
(8) He is the only QB in NFL history with a season of 4000 passing yards, 500 rushing yards and 30 TD passes and was 17 passing yards from doing that twice.
(9) He is just 1 of 3 players to have led both the NCAA and NFL in passing efficiency.
(10) He is the only QB to have been a 1st Team QB in 2 Power 5 Conferences.
(11) He is the only QB in NFL history that averages over 25 TD passes and 500 rushing yards per year.
(12) He is just 1 of 2 QBs who in their first 8 years had 4 years with 30 or more TD passes.
