I thought giving Axel and The Shield the midcard belts was supposed to elevate them and restore their prestige?

Rollins and Reigns had a great program with The Usos, but that's over, and there's no other credible tag team in the division right now. Curtis Axel is an afterthought in the Punk/Lesnar/Heyman feud, and Dean Ambrose hasn't even competed in a singles match since June.

And none of them are on the SummerSlam card yet!

Sounds kind of odd...I was thinking he was gonna get added as a Triple Threat option vs Del Rio and Christian. I guess they just want Del Rio to retain straight up with no controversy or nonsense.

I really feel like they were not ready for this Summerslamm, and spent too much time on like 3 storylines and forgot about everyone else.

Look at all the guys who don't have matches:
Randy Orton
The Shield (they just mainevented RAW and were made to look super strong again()
Mark Henry (he just mainevented lasy month's PPV ()
Big Show (has been cleared for 2 weeks)
Sheamus (yeah he's injured, but even before that, he had zero storyline going)
RVD (carrying the Company on his back currently)
Dolph Ziggler (thought he was fighting Big E but ?)
Curtiz Axel (who fukking sucks but he is pushed endlessly and is the IC Champ)

Blandy is obvious..it seemed like they wanted you to forget him and then he would pop up instantly after the match and take the shine. I still think the guy should have a match or something, really weird that a healthy Randy Orton is not on Summerslam. I meant it's almost his career show, he won his first title there, fought the Undertaker, had a Elimination Chamber there, fought Hulk Hogan, fought Cena for the WWE title 2x, fought Sheamus for the WWE title, won the World Title 2011 and now the last 2 years he hasn't had a match.

I thought he was too, especially with beating Del Rio on RAW, and they were probably going to go with it, but yeah I think they figured it would waste RVD as they want Del Rio going over clean. They need opponents for Del Rio, and RVD will probably his next feud.
