Falling onto concrete is no joke, land the wrong way and you're fukked.

I remember a news story around 15 years ago where a boy scout was hiking and tripped and fell. His head hit a rock and he died. Just a regular-ass fall onto the trail but the rock hit his head the wrong way.

About 3-4 years ago this British guy who some of my friends know tripped on the sidewalk outside his house and ended up paralyzed cause he landed just the wrong way.

Friends brother died taking the trash to the curb and slipped in the snow and hit his head on the driveway. Skull is so fragile

I know this video and just part of the confrontation... why should the guy who won the fight the fight have to goto prison, but the one who lost shouldn't? Why is going prison even an option instead of a ticket for public disturbance like they usually do unless you are on probation or something?

On a side note, I'm not for talking about people's mom. That's off limits to me.

Cause he instigated the fight and really committed assault when he put his hands on the dude, then you add in the fact the guy almost died because of that, it's gotta be a charge, that's the risk you take fighting. Can't be exempt from the law cause you shooting a fair one if you aren't initially defending yourself.

This paticular situation, no one knows him. U act like he was in high school and on school grounds surrounded by a bunch of kids watching him. Walking away is the right choice unless dude attacks him. Ur comment still is retarded.
