Thug's instagram (now deleted cause he deleted everything after he caught the case) on the 26th June:



This chick had her song on YouTube on the 24th of June, that's a super reach to think Thug heard that and copied the song so quick and then even reached out to her to be in his video. More like he watched the vine, went in the studio, used that melody and made a fire song.

I don't remember the exact day Thug posted the first snippet, but there's also a video of it from June 24th.

So according to @hustlemania, Thug heard Tokyo's song the day it came out, asked a producer to make the "same beat" () and made his own version of her song that same day then posted the snippet on IG.
