The Russian MoD released footage of Lancet kamikaze drones striking at Ukrainian equipment such as M113 APCs, Stryker combat vehicles and Bradley M2A2 IFV's. No war goes without losses, and it shows the seriousness of this operation.

2/29
According to Russian sources. PMC Wagner forces stationed in Belarus as well as units from the Aida group of the Akhmat Special Forces were pulled up to the Kursk region.

3/29
Multiple Russian sources now report that heavy fighting is ongoing on the approaches of Korenovo. Where -as they claim- Ukrainian units including lots of armored vehicles are pressing inside the town. It is likely that Ukraine has expanded its the flank towards Snagost' but we need further confirmation.

🗺️Map update as of 11:00 this morning

➡️RU sources report that fighting is underway inside Kruglen'koe, which coincides with earlier reports of AFU pushing more north(east).
➡️According to RU sources based on local reports, AFU has presence and control over Kazach'ya Loknya
➡️The current situation in Sudzha remains unclear but likely there is AFU presence.

5/29
Interesting claim from Russian source Two Majors. They claim that 6-7 Ukrainian tanks were firing on the village of Ivnitsa. Which means they must be in the close vicinity (2-3km). Ivnitsa is 12km from the current front in the Kursk region.

6/29
Situation in the Kursk region. Streets are empty and lots of abandoned and destroyed vehicles can be seen. Russia brought war to its own soil.

7/29
Ah yes, was waiting for this one.

Polish and French speech was noted by Russian soldiers in the Kursk region🙃

8/29
Z-blogger Romanov with a much telling update. Seems like he is again tired of going along with the lies of other Russian channels and MoD. Just like he did in the Kherson region.

➡️Yes, Ukrainians are retreating.... in the direction of Rylsk with heavy equipment 🙃

9/29
Wounded Z-war correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny was taken to the Sklifosovsky Institute of Emergency Care in Moscow. Yesterday he was hit by an FPV near Sudzha, after which he was initially claimed dead. Later it turned out he was not dead, but heavily wounded and treated in Kursk.

10/29
Preliminary reports indicate that fighting is ongoing near the village of Anastas'evka. This would mean Ukraine has bypassed Sudzha from the west and pushed further north. This still needs further confirmation.

11/29
New footage from UA equipment moving with the new tactical sign.

12/29
Footage from the operation at the Sudzha checkpoint at the border, following the surrender of a large group of Russian soldiers.

13/29
I am reading this in a lot of Russian channels. Russians are warning for Ukrainian DRG groups, working deep behind enemy lines.

"Be careful, there are many."

14/29
The "North" group defeated AFU brigades in Kursk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, enemy losses amounted to up to 415 military, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Parallel universe.

15/29
Russian channels closely related to PMC Wagner confim the deployment to the Kursk region of the Ratibor group (1st assault squadron), lead by well known senior Wagner commander Alexander Kuznetsov, callsign Ratibor. He is one of Wagner's founders.

16/29
The Kursk region has been hit by a massive DDoS attack, causing many services to go down and become temporarily unavailable. Specialists from the regional Ministry of Digital Development and Communications said they are working to restore the functionalities.

17/29
Ukraine's surprise incursion into Kursk region, has caught the Russian military off guard. The operation, now in its third day, has embarrassed Putin and led to criticism of Russian military leadership.

Bloomberg - Are you a robot?

18/29
More and more Russian channels start to worry about a new operation into the Bilhorod region besides what is happening in the Kursk region.

"There is a significant concentration of enemy forces north of Kharkiv, suggesting that new actions may soon begin in the area. The situation resembles the enemy's preparations before the offensive in the Kursk region, possibly indicating a strategy to stretch and exhaust Russian forces by forcing frequent relocations. Another front could potentially "flare up" in the coming days."

19/29
Several Russian sources report that Korenevo is not fully under Russian control anymore. While this still needs further confirmation, it shows that the AFU has indeed stepped up actions in this direction and Russia is unable to stop the advance completely.

20/29
Russians are really starting to worry.

"In Hlukhiv, near the Rylsk direction, there is active enemy electronic warfare activity, indicating an attempt to conceal troop movements. Military equipment is being moved towards the border from various directions."

21/29
New map update as of 14:00 from the Kursk region

➡️RU sources confirm AFU took control over Bogdanovka, Knyazhiy, 1st Knyazhiy and 2nd Knyazhiy
➡️AFU entered and grabbed a foothold in Myrnyi, the roundabout north of the town is contested.
➡️AFU is trying to encircle remaining units and is attacking towards Martynovka
➡️Sudzha almost completely under AFU control, there are some remaining pockets.
➡️Fighting has been reported and started in Snagost'

It is very much possible that the extend Ukrainian control goes beyond this map, but there is a completely info blackout from the Ukrainian side.

22/29
Three train stations in the Kursk region—Sudzha, Korenevo, and Psel—have been temporarily closed to passengers, according to the Moscow Railway.

23/29
A resident of Sudzha, Kursk region, criticized the media for lying, stating that there was no organized evacuation from the city.

Because Russia doesn't care about its citizens. Will you ever understand?

24/29
"In Malaya Lokna, Khokhls (derogatory Russian term for Ukrainians) and mercenaries are going house to house and checking all buildings and basements for people."

Based on this report from a Russian source, Ukraine has already presence inside Malaya Lokna. Yet to determine from which direction.

25/29
Two Russian battalions, the 17th battalion of the 488th regiment and the 31st battalion of the 102nd brigade, are reportedly encircled near Sudzha. Z-bloggers claim that the command is aware of the situation but is not taking action.

26/29
Map update 16:00 - Kursk region

➡️RU sources confirm AFU presence in Malaya Lokhna, adding to previous rumours.
➡️We are pretty certain this advance came through the railway tracks north of Lokhnya and via Nikol'skii-Viktorovka.
➡️AFU presence is reported in Martynovka and in the fields west of it. Waiting for confirmation.
➡️RU sources even claim Ukraine is already pushing north towards Bol'shoe Soldatskoe.

There are additionally some rumours that AFU forward units already within 30km of the Kursk NPP. These claims could not be confirmed via credible/multiple sources.

27/29
The Aida Group - 204 Special Forces Regiment Akhmat which has been withdrawn from Vovchansk, has arrived in the Kursk region.

28/29
Some Russian channels have reported that clashes have emerged near Kromskie Byki, 15km north of Malaya Lohknya (known front line), and 30km south of the Kursk NPP. Earlier this morning, Russian channels reported that Ukrainian tanks fired at Ivnitsa.

For now, this is for your information. There is no confirmation of control by Ukrainian forces of these areas.

29/29
Putin is meeting with the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexei Smirnov, to discuss the current situation in the region. Putin expressed his awareness of the overall situation but requested Smirnov's assessment and details on the organization and coordination of the work of various authorities.

Westerners like this are just ridiculous to me made me think of the Texan who went out there with his nostalgia of the Soviet Union and got raped to death by Russians

At least the poor souls from the developing world wrongly think they’ll have a chance at a better life or wealth.

Just wow
