Wouldn't surprise me if this was another alleged State-sponsored bombing. Like the Apartment Bombing before the Chechen war or Dugin's daughter. Make martyrs and steel up support
I might be wrong - need to look into it - but I'm sure Tatarsky was getting increasingly negative in his Telegrams about Russia's lack of progress too. Could have been some other fukk though
