fair play then or do these post soviet spaces have the right to self determination?
How can a space determine anything? If the space is empty, clearly God intended man to go and fill it.
This thing is just a proxy war for the US vs Russia. If not for the support from the West UKR would have folded like a cheap suit ages ago.
How are you winning a war but crying for more support? Russia is eventually gonna smoke these guys out.
And since Biden has claimed the inflation is the “Putin price hike” the longer this drags on with no end in sight, the less support citizens will have with any sanctions of Russia if the logic is: sanctions to Russia -> spike in energy costs -> higher inflation.
Them blue and yellow flags gonna come down when gas starts hitting $7 a gallon.

I've actually spent a significant amount of time in and even lived in these Post-Soviet spaces, and my wife has even been to the Ukraine(frontier).
With all of that in mind I'm still confused by this special military operation. If it were truly space why would there be a need for a special military operation and against whom and or for what purpose? Wouldn't it really be a troop exercise/maneuvers in this space and not a special military operation?
Oddly upending this premise is President Putin himself during his recent speech prior to the special military operation.

NATO is basically HYDRA in Putin's lore, just a German reframing of their aims of territorial domination of Mother Russia and destruction of the slavic and all other good Christian peoples, with all the bad guys hidden from public view but clearly still there doing their dirty work.

low key, NATO been supporting far right militants in all of Europe since the end of WW2 and Operation GLADIO in the name of fighting communism.
