the fck is a General doing flying a sortie, especially in a combat zone???
This says a lot, and none of it is good.
Aren't generals supposed to be on the back end in a command post tent or at a fukking desk?
Iran would try to buzz our carriers on deployment once in awhile.
But our command told us that Iran can't fly at night.
I worked for a Captain(Air boss O5) ON the USS JOHN C Stennis and according to him back on our deployment in 2011-2012 Iranians buzzed our carrier flying close...
We didn't shoot it down but sent 2 FA 18 Rhinos and chased the Iranian jet and caused it to crash in the sea....
And no we didn't help to rescue....
Nah we didn't report it to news and I doubt Iran wants to let that get out. The air boss told us this when we were on our way back to San Diego from Hawaii

Glad to see that this turn of events will increase gas exports from Africa. More money to Africa is always good.
I just wish the leaders there would do what they're supposed to do and work to truly help their people.
