According to OFAC, the companies "have agreed to undertake significant
restructuring and corporate governance changes to address the circumstances that led to their designation, including significantly reducing Deripaska's direct and indirect shareholding stake."

OFAC also says it has "secured a binding agreement" from the companies "that severs Deripaska's control" and "reduces his ownership in these entities below 50 percent."
