There is no way putin bodies his whole family on american soil if he does flip. He might be a savage but he knows his limits. This is way too high profile to try wacking his whole family

Couple nuggets from Baechel tonight:

- three lower court judges ruled this afternoon that North Carolina voting map is a) gerrymandered to hell and b) must be changed immediately BEFORE November's election

- Chuck Rosenberg speculated that Manafort and Trump are sending signals for a pardon to each other through their media statements, and that the reason Manafort was looking to cut a deal wasnt because hes going to cooperate but rather in hopes that he could simply admit guilt to fewer charges so that it wont look as bad when Trump pardons him for everything :smh: Of course Mueller Team didnt go for that

- Over 500 children still separated from their parents at the border. Over 300 of the parents have been deported, including parents to at least 25 kids of 5 yrs or less. Trump admin officials now admitting that many of them will probably never be reuinted. Trump admin will be known for, among other things, their "Legacy of Orphans." One admin official says the backlash to the policy caught them off guard. "The expectation was that the kids would go to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the parents would be deported, and no one would care." Republicans are terrible people.

- Cohen's plea deal specifies that the crimes he admitted guilt to will not be used as predication in any future trials against him, BUT left open the possibility that these crimes he copped to COULD be used as basis for any future title 18 cases they may choose to prosecute aka RICO aka organized crime :wowtwo:
