The Republican party is certainly complicit in all the Trump-Russia collusions and I would not doubt if the 19% of ROSNEFT money went to the Republican Party for them to all split up as incentive to work with Trump to reduce sanctions and allow Exxon back into the region.

I wish this was being investigated more, and perhaps it is and we just dont know about it yet.
