FACTS: Republicans originally paid Steele for his opposition research and then the DNC later paid once Trump won the primary. Nothing in the WAPO article contradicts this. It's only back in the news because Nunes is subpoenaing Fusion's bank records to confirm who paid for the dossier in a official capacity.
