Remember he denied it in early April bc his limited understanding of the law told him anything related would never see light of day due to attorney client privilege...

Mueller was like “oh ok you wanna play these games?” and had SDNY raid Cohen on April 10th

They kept it up until they learned about the fraud exceptions, not to mention trump constantly undermining their own positions with his contradictory tweets...

Now that the privilege claim is gone, they know it will come out and here we are.
