They rather retire than get caught in Mueller’s prob but that don’t matter Mueller will see them a year or 3 from now when he tell them to turn themselves in
1. These statements are not mutually exclusive. The point is we don't know who they apply to, so we can't specifically apply them to Mueller's probe. We have no positive evidence to support the conclusion that these are Mueller's indictments. We won't know until they are unsealed.

david boies is one of those go to high stakes attorneys. had a pretty sterling reputation but that's slowly being ground into shyt (just like abbe lowel and even jamie gorelick) - mostly due to his representation of weinstein, where he did shyt like sign off on hiring a private investigation company staffed with ex-mossad officers to dig up dirt and basically harass women who were going to disclose past acts committed by harvey.
