I have also conducted myself in foul, disrespectful manner as if I had not been taught human decency which included displaying disrespect toward women at one point. The crazy thing is that i got way more attention and respect from women when I was the latter then when I was the former.

That is very telling. Therefore how I see, it appears men have two choices: 1) be the man who doesn't give a fukk about decency and be rewarded with love and respect from women or 2) be the man who values decency and the accept the fact he will be despised for it which would cause him to be suspicious at all times if he decides to deal with women .

That's true. However, a decent guy who is not a pushover still faces the same fate as the pushover just only to a lesser degree. Therefore, it is impossible for a man to conduct himself with decent morals while dealing with women. It is unfortunate but it is what is.
