I always said that Russ and Ciara are not a great comparison to the average people in the black community. Russell is a good-looking dude with an athletic build. He is wealthy with a prestigious football career. Then you look at Ciara who was also successful as a model and singer before she met her husband. She is beautiful with a sexy body and she had her own multi-million dollar empire before getting married. Russell's decision to marry a sexy successful woman who happens to be a single mother is not a bad move. He found a woman who is cooperative, loves, and admired him. Some average people will never understand why Russell didn't settle for the ideal woman. He found something in his wife that he loves and cherishes. He doesn't give a damn about the ideal perception of what a relationship is supposed to be. He is in a winning situation while most men are going through a war zone with their women.

Yes, which is why some people see Russ as someone who can achieve the ideal. When he said to hell with the ideal, that ruffled those dudes feathers since it looked like he did something stupid. All I am saying is that a lot of dudes were flustered since they didn't understand why he would play clean-up man. That's it really. I don't hate him personally. I've said as much many times before.

No shyt. You keep stating obvious things as if I should be ashamed. Obviously I am not the "bad boy". Most men are not. We are mostly the Russell Wilson type. We are not the self-destructive alpha males young women typically go for. Those men appeal to young women because of their reckless disregard of authority. And while this behavior has short term rewards (i.e. you get lots of girls at a young age) it's lacks long term security. There's a reason the saying goes "all the real nikkas are either dead or in jail". By the time most men hit 30, the "bad boys" are done for. The nice guy who spent his 20s building himself up now becomes the high value male. So yes we do see ourselves in Russell Wilson. Which is why Wilson's decision making now that he's the prize makes zero sense to us. Why reward the female who curved you in the past because you choose to be a square who valued long term security over short term impulses?

There's a reason they call it Revenge of the Nerds. When men hit their 30s, those who were smart enough to stack paper in our 20s and stay in shape are the ones who will be eating. What Russ did was he hustled backwards. He chased the over the hill run through thot rather than the younger versions of Ciara without the baggage once he became the prize.

You keep trying to shame me. Difference between me and you is I accepted my path in life. I accepted the fact that when I was in my 20s I was not gonna get the women I wanted. I accepted it because I valued long term success over short term rewards. I knew that engaging in destructive male behavior while it may have short term rewards, was not gonna help me live a long and happy life. Being the square who stacked his paper was gonna give me the life I wanted long term.

She’s ALWAYS posting him and shouting him out on IG. The Coli will have you thinking their marriage is, at least publicly, one sided but if you see or read any interview with her she’s always bigging him up, calling him the perfect husband, and showing him nothing but respect.

If it wasn’t for the twerking stuff nobody would EVER have any valid complaints about her. And even with that she’s been twerking literally since she started her career. Therapy for what? I made my choices in life and am content with my decisions. I accepted it early on that I was not gonna chase short term impulses in my youth just to appeal to women. I would instead invest in my future. I was gonna put in the work when the rest of my peers were obsessed with short term gratification so that I could enjoy long term success. Now the fruits of that labor are coming to fruition.

I'm at the finish line of the marathon and about to win. Why would I need therapy for that?
