To think they got him in the 3rd round. I remember watching the ESPN Draft and the main reason he was not getting drafted was because of his height. Tannehill and Weeden (who is 5 years older) were drafted over this guy.

Earlier this season I worried about his ability to drop back 3-5-7 steps and get it to his receivers... It seemed like he would make one read, panic then scramble until he found someone open. He's gotten so much better though, he's standing tall in the pocket making quick accurate reads like Brees, going through his progressions, then when it's not there he takes off like RG3 and carves up the defense. So beautiful to watch

As a RG3 stan, Russ is the clear ROY.
He beat RG3 last week after being down 14.
