Saw Rush Hour in theaters as a 7th grader, and loved Can I Get A and How Deep if Your Love For Me, with all the exhilaration a teenager has, plus I loved action/cop movies, I saw any and everything with cops or guns, or FBI agents, hit men. I liked it a lot then, with the same buzzed off candy and nachos feeling that you have at that age, and we all thought Tucker was hilarious. I can say that now, it is a pretty bad movie, a C list action thriller, at best, and the comedy has mostly aged poorly, really obvious racial stuff, and just hamfisted "fish out of water" jokes, and absurd plot, poorly crafted action sequences, and Tucker's shrillness and chaotic routines not really having the same effect as his performance in Friday. Honestly, none of those movies are very good.
