eating b4 running=abdominal cramps
Im still new at the running game and lately Ithink im eating too heavy before running
Is there types of food I should avoid?
What's going to give me energy?
Don't eat before running. If you're running for health and not for a sporting event, run either before breakfast, or before dinner. You will burn more fat w/ an empty stomach. If you must eat, eat some fruit, like an orange or grapes, or if you have a serious starch craving, you can have one of them granola bars. But personally, I think you should never eat before you run, even if long distance
just eat a banana before and afterwards something high in protein n good carbs like a whole wheat chicken sandwich or someshyt
When I used to do long distance biking I would have a big pasta meal the night before and not eat before the ride
